FAQ

Questions finance leaders ask us

Straight answers — the same ones we give in evaluations.

How is MyVyay priced?
Per active user per month, billed annually. You only pay for employees who actually use the platform in a given month — dormant users are free. Module bundles (T&E, P2P, AP) are priced separately so you never pay for capability you don't use.
Are there implementation or integration fees?
Standard implementations using pre-built ERP connectors are included in annual agreements. Complex multi-entity programmes with custom integrations are scoped transparently before signature — no surprises mid-project.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Annual agreements are standard. Multi-year terms with price locks are available and discounted. There are no auto-renewing lock-ins — renewals are explicit.
Can we pilot before committing?
Yes. Most enterprise customers run a 4–6 week pilot with one entity or department, with success criteria agreed upfront. Pilot fees are credited against the annual agreement.
